Friendly Furniture Galleries is located In Historic Downtown Fairmont next to the Marion County Courthouse in one of Fairmont's grand old buildings, the Jacobs Hutchinson Block. Erected in 1902, the building is now listed as a historic landmark in downtown Fairmont.

Directions from I-79 South (from Clarksburg, WV)

• Follow I-79 North to Exit #132, South Fairmont
• Turn LEFT onto US-250 North
• Follow US-250 North to downtown Fairmont
• Friendly Furniture is located on the second block on the left just after you cross the bridge into downtown Fairmont.

Directions from I-79 North (from Morgantown, WV)

• Follow I-79 South to the East Park Ave. exit, Downtown Fairmont
• Turn right onto WV-310N
• Follow 310N to Merchant Street
• Turn right onto the Robert H. Mollohan/Jefferson Street Bridge 
• Turn left onto Washington Street at the end of the bridge. 
• Washington Street turns into Monroe Street. 
• Friendly Furniture Galleries is located on the corner of Monroe & Adams Streets
